Food Rules- An Eater's Manual

Another thing I really enjoy doing after a long long weekend is going to Elliot Bay Book Co. and treating myself to some new books!  This book store is truly amazing, I could spend so many hours in here and still want more.  I picked up the book, Food Rules, an eater's manual by Michael Pollan and it is AMAZING!  Not only does it have simple rules for eating but it has amazing illustrations by Maira Kalman.
