Our return policy is strictly enforced. We do not allow cash refunds once an item has been shipped. We will allow you to exchange merchandise, if returned within 10 days of purchase, with receipt.
When an item is sold in a blind assortment, it means that you will receive one of several figures in a single series. We cannot see the actual figure on the outside of the packaging, so there is no way to choose which figure you receive. These items may not be returned after they have been opened.
